We are committed to providing every customer with a satisfactory shopping experience. If you have any need for returns or exchanges, please contact us in time and we will handle it according to the specific situation.
Services
30 Day Exchange/Return Guarantee of new, unopened items
If you do not want your items within 30 days of receiving it, we accept exchanges or return for whatever reasons. Refunds are made after receiving the items. The return shipping fee is the customers responsibility.
For sanitary and safety purposes, items are NON RETURNABLE if opened or used.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Please follow the warranty process and contact our customer service stating:
1. The order number.
2. The item code(s) you wish to return(Make sure they are new and unopened).
3. The reason for return.
Our Customer Service will deal with your case and help to offer a return back within 24 hours.
3 Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
For all items in following conditions, we offer 3-Days Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee. Please contact us within 72hours to ask for after-sale help.
--Disposable kits/ E-juice leaking
--Glass/ Screen Broken
--Other arrival damaged conditions
--Not Working Upon first Use(can't charge, atomizer leaking, etc. )
3 Months Warranty
We provide 3-months warranty for Hardware device purchased directly from our website. Please contact us at service@morevaping.com to claim for a exchange.
Tips:
1. Following types of products not covered under our 3 months Warranty(If DOA, Please contact with us within 72 hours after delivery):
--Atomizers - such as RDA & Tanks/
--E-Liquids
--Accessories(Including Pods, Coils, Spare parts, Battery Cells and so on)
--Hemp Products
Coil/Pods is consumable what is not within the scope of warranty once it is depleted.
2. Artificial damage and problems caused by misuse are not covered by warranty.
--User error (dropped, water-damage, incorrect-charger, etc.)
--Lost/Stolen device
--Smashed devices (dropped from a high distance)
--Broken Lanyard Slot
3.Any hardware cracking, modification is at your own risk, it will void warranty.
4. Delivery Issue Policy
If any problems concerns Damaged, Missing or Wrong Items, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery. Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving them, it will be helpful to process the claims.

Return Shipping Costs
---We will be responsible for the shipping cost about our mistakes, including Missing, Damaged, DOA and Wrong Items issue.
---In regard of the cost of shipment for returns or exchange from Customer subjective willingness, customer will be responsible for the costs of shipping the items back to us(i.e. Wrong Item Ordered / No Longer Needed). Shipping Cost and other fees except items price are non-refundable.
Refund
Refund may be issued back to the original payment (Credit card, debit card, etc) or as store wallet in the form of store wallet.
