Once an order has been processed, it indicates that it has been prepared for shipment and is awaiting collection. If an order has already been dispatched from our facility, we regret to inform you that it cannot be canceled.
For most orders, they can be dispatched for delivery within 48 business hours. We prioritize processing orders as swiftly as possible, giving precedence to customers with paid shipping.
There might be instances where Morevaping confirms your order but later discovers that it cannot be fulfilled. Should Morevaping encounter difficulty in supplying a product you've ordered promptly, we will reach out to you to arrange an exchange. If there is a price difference, we will either refund the excess amount or request payment for the difference. Shipping and delivery times are calculated in working days from Monday to Friday. During major holidays such as Christmas, Chinese Lunar New Year, Black Friday, and the 11/11 event, please expect additional delivery time.
If the shipping address provided with your order is incorrect by the time the order is shipped, please be aware that we cannot alter the delivery address afterward. Morevaping cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues arising from errors in shipping information provided with your order. Should such an error result in the rejection, loss, or destruction of the order, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error leads to the order being returned to us, you may be liable for return shipping fees. Orders returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect addresses will be refunded for the full order cost minus any shipping charges. Regrettably, unless the order is returned to our warehouse in an undamaged and resalable condition, a refund cannot be issued. All orders marked as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. Morevaping cannot be held accountable for non-delivery in such cases.
