While we do not endorse the use of electronic cigarettes, we strongly advise all users to exercise extreme caution when using electronic cigarette products, including batteries, e-liquids, accessories, etc. Morevaping cannot be held responsible for the misuse or abuse of electronic cigarette products, nicotine, or any substances that may cause harm, whether transient or long-term, to the user. Ordering
If a product listed on Morevaping is mistakenly priced incorrectly, Morevaping reserves the right to decline or cancel any orders made for the product at the incorrect price.
Due to the popularity and/or limited supply of certain products offered on the website, Morevaping may need to impose restrictions on the quantity of products available for purchase. Additionally, Morevaping reserves the right to alter the available stock for purchase at any time, even after an order has been placed.
Order Cancellation

We must inform you that while we will make every effort to accommodate order cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee success if an order has already been processed. Once an order has been processed, it indicates that it has been prepared for shipment and is awaiting collection. If an order has already been dispatched from our facility, we regret to inform you that it cannot be canceled.
Shipping and Handling
For most orders, they can be dispatched for delivery within 48 business hours. We prioritize processing orders as swiftly as possible, giving precedence to customers with paid shipping.
There might be instances where Morevaping confirms your order but later discovers that it cannot be fulfilled. Should Morevaping encounter difficulty in supplying a product you've ordered promptly, we will reach out to you to arrange an exchange. If there is a price difference, we will either refund the excess amount or request payment for the difference. Alternatively, we can assist in canceling the order and refunding the full purchase cost.
Please note that all shipping transit times are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Tracking information may not be immediately updated and may only reflect once your package reaches a transit location or the post office.
Shipping and delivery times are calculated in working days from Monday to Friday. During major holidays such as Christmas, Chinese Lunar New Year, Black Friday, and the 11/11 event, please expect additional delivery time.
If the shipping address provided with your order is incorrect by the time the order is shipped, please be aware that we cannot alter the delivery address afterward. Morevaping cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues arising from errors in shipping information provided with your order. Should such an error result in the rejection, loss, or destruction of the order, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error leads to the order being returned to us, you may be liable for return shipping fees. Orders returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect addresses will be refunded for the full order cost minus any shipping charges. Regrettably, unless the order is returned to our warehouse in an undamaged and resalable condition, a refund cannot be issued. Refunds will only cover the cost of the merchandise; shipping costs will not be reimbursed and will only be considered after the parcel has been received at our facility.
All orders marked as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. Morevaping cannot be held accountable for non-delivery in such cases.
Any instances of non-receipt of orders must be reported within 3 months from the shipment date. Beyond this period, we will be unable to investigate or offer compensation.
Customs and Taxes
When placing an order on Morevaping.com, it is your responsibility to ensure that the product can be lawfully imported into the destination country.
The recipient assumes the role of importer of record and must adhere to all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of China may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be liable for such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Morevaping has no control over these charges, nor can we predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; it is advisable to contact your local customs office for more information. Customs clearance procedures, when required, can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

1. Customs offices in some countries may require the importer of record to furnish a specific form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be asked to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number.
2. Countries that necessitate an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Turkey, and others.
